  • Final images will be delivered only after full payment is received.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify All Star Photography as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Refunds or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright and Image Usage

All photographs taken by All Star Photography remain the copyrighted property of All Star Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use images for:

  • Personal use

  • School or team promotion

Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

All Star Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client submits a written request stating otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Ensure subjects are prepared and available at the scheduled time

  • Obtain necessary permissions from schools, venues, or organizations

  • Cooperate during the photography session

All Star Photography is not responsible for missed images due to client delays, restrictions, or lack of cooperation.

Limitation of Liability

All Star Photography will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality images. However, we are not liable for:

  • Circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure, weather, venue restrictions)

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal artistic preferences

  • Missed moments due to access limitations or subject behavior

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography service.
